I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Thanks for your purchase! Please allow up to 4 weeks processing time after you receive an order confirmation. We will send you a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your items are ready for delivery.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping charges vary depending on item, quantity and destination location. Place your items in the shopping cart and view all applicable shipping charges before completing checkout.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US?

At this time we are only shipping items within the US. Customers located in Canada and elsewhere internationally are welcome to contact us for a shipping quote. Import fees and additional taxes may apply.Email Us

We are required to collect sales tax for all deliveries made to locations within the state of Illinois.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We take great pride in our products and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please inspect each package for damage upon delivery, and contact us within 7 days if something isn't right. If you change your mind about your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Restocking fees may apply.
